Balance is due at time/ day of event. A guest count is needed at the time of booking. This should be a reasonable
count of the number of guests you plan to have at your event. A GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT is required 7 days
prior to your event. Total price calculated based on guaranteed guest count plus any additional guests not included
in your guaranteed number. Refunds or discounts for drops in guaranteed guest count will not be issued.
