$200 NON-REFUNDABLE CASH DEPOSIT is due to hold the date, which will be applied to your final payment. Balance is due at time/day of event. A guest count is needed at the time of booking. This should be a reasonable count of the number of guests you plan to have at your event, bearing in mind our minimums. A GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT is required 7 days prior to your event. *The total bill will be calculated based on guaranteed guest count plus any additional guests not included in your guaranteed number OR, if your guest count falls short of the minimum guaranteed dollar amount indicated above, you will be charged the minimum guaranteed dollar. All prices are subject to tax and 20% gratuity. The minimum guaranteed dollar amount does not include bar consumption. Bar consumption is over and above the cost of the package per person or the the guaranteed dollar amount. Refunds or discounts for drops in guaranteed guest count will not be issued.
